Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours from the date of arrival OR no show, no refund is claimable.
  • 72 hours prior to arrival, 80% refund is claimable.
  • 96 hours or more prior to the date of arrival 100% refund is claimable.
  • Refund made after deduction of TDS/ Service Charge/ Taxes/ Bank Charges if any

House Rules

    li>Smoking (Cigarettes & Hookah) inside the room is strictly prohibited. (Fine 2000 Rupees.) However you can smoke in the Balconies and outside the Premises.
  • In-room dining is not allowed. Food can be consumed only in the Restaurant.
  • Outside food and Liquor is not allowed as we have our own Bar & Restaurant.
  • Loud Music & Noise is not allowed after 10:30 pm as it might disturb our other guests and natural habitat. 
  • 50% of the pending amount should be paid before the arrival day & rest of the amount at the time of Check In.
  • Room Heaters are on demand and hence chargeable (600 per night)
  • Bonfire is on demand hence chargeable 600 INR for 2 hours.
